Before you book
- Ages: children 6+, adolescents and adults. Parents or guardians request appointments for patients under 18.
- Location: you'll need to be physically in Arizona during each video visit.
- Insurance: have your insurance card ready. We're in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna and more.
- Technology: a smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera, plus a private space.
- Helpful to have: a list of current medications, past psychiatric medications you've tried, and any recent lab work.
