How to check your coverage in 3 minutes
- Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
- Ask about your outpatient mental health benefits and whether telehealth psychiatry visits are covered.
- Ask about your copay or coinsurance, your deductible, and whether you need a referral or prior authorization.
Paying for your visits
Your copay, coinsurance or any deductible amount is due at the time of service through the secure patient portal. We'll confirm these details with you during scheduling.
If you don't have insurance, or choose not to use it, please contact us about self-pay options. Self-pay patients receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care begins, as required by federal law.
Cancellations and missed appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so another patient can use that time. Our full cancellation policy is shared with you during intake.

Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are currently in-network with 1199SEIU, Aetna, Allegiance, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Centivo, Cigna and Evernorth, Cigna EAP, Curative, Health Net, Meritain Health, MotivHealth, Nippon Life Benefits and Wellfleet. Networks can differ between plans from the same company, so call us at 480-685-4569 with your plan name and we'll confirm before your first visit.
What will I owe at my visit?
That depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance and deductible. Psychiatric visits are usually billed as specialist or mental health visits. Calling the member services number on your card and asking about “outpatient mental health benefits” and “telehealth coverage” is the quickest way to know.
What if my plan isn't one you take?
Contact us. Depending on your plan you may have out-of-network benefits, and we can talk through self-pay options. If we're not a good fit financially, we'll try to point you in a helpful direction.
Do I need a referral or prior authorization?
Most plans don't require a referral for outpatient mental health care, but some HMO-style plans do. Check with your insurer before your first visit.
